A. Clicking Log In using eFNS account and then click the creat eFNS account link given.

If you have an eCitizen account already, no need to create another account since you can use the same details to log in the eFNS system.

However, if your eCitizen account is an evisa or a business account, you need to create an eFNS account

  1. Go to My applications in the Dashboard (You go to dashboard by clicking Dshboard in the menu bat at the top)
  2. click View/print Applications. This takes you to a page with all the applications you have done and icons on the right. The icons are explained in the Action Keys at the top of the list. Here you can View, Print or edit your application.
Note: This should only be done after you completing the application.
A. Yes, you can edit your details but only after you have completed the whole application. After you finish;

Citizenship/Travel Document
